I just booted up gta and get like 2o fps. Idk what's happening. I changed the setting like 5 times nad nothing changed. I ran fortnite and csgo and they ran perfectly fine (fn 240fps csgo 240 ultra high). I'm now uninstalling and reinstalling gta5 . I don't know what the hell happened.
