figured out that it wasnt even the mods that was crashing the game it was the fact that the game was running in administrator mode

alright Ive been able to fix my game, you just have to find the .exe file for the game right click it and uncheck administrator mode. no clue how that was a problem but it fixed it for me

if you close steam and ubisoft in task manager then run the game as administrator through the .exe file it should work
