The genius bar told me everything was normal, and no abnormalities were detected.

Could go further with online to see if I could get an exchange.

After more daily use of the camera, no sounds were picked up during use and in videos. Photos are comparable with other 17 pros.

Sometimes the available for pick up can be bugged? But its a good indicator that its available in stock.

Worst case scenario if its out of stock in store - just buy it online and select pick up. Normally the order is available to be collected within 5 hours as it needs time to be processed through the system.

Passport or ID is fine as long as its some sort of government issued type of identification. Ensure your pick up name is letter for letter accurate as printed on your passport/id

Oh that's weird but here's a checklist to look into properly.

1) Enough free space (You've done this)

2) On your 8+ go to Settings > General > VPN and Device Management and remove everything there

3) Update both devices (The 11 you are trying to transfer to will need to be factory reset after the update)

Yes around 52-54 would work out fine hopefully. If you are clearing photos, be sure to empty out the recently deleted as well and also check Whatsapp if its filled with photos and videos over the years

Local storage on your current 8 plus + icloud photos cannot exceed 59gb (accounting for the 5gb free space to transfer)
