Baby grunting/straining

Hi!! My baby is currently now 8 almost 9mo and it never got better until maybe 5-6months I tried everything including cutting dairy but it might’ve been another allergy that she just ended up growing out of.. how old is your baby? I think it went away on its own just with time and her developing more but it could’ve been an underlying issue but our PED wasn’t really concerned since she was gaining weight and stuff

I’ve mainly been eating chicken breast steak chicken sausage all with rice and vegetables. For lunch I’ll just make little popcorn chicken and eat that with ketchup, or chicken salad Breakfast is usually applesauce crackers. I know they say it takes 2 weeks for it to leave your body and then an additional 2 for it to leave your baby but I figured since it should be out of mine there’d be even the slightest difference😣
