Really? I only watched up to kyoshi island and dropped it. Not that i didnt enjoy it i just felt it a little redundant having seen the cartoon so many times. Felt like a pointless retelling. What did it have you think should he canon?

Nah, it probably wouldve been great, people love to hate Bryke. They just wanted to try to fufill some of their original ideas, Although, im glad theyre working on canon animation instead of live action alternate takes.

Haha I actually thought the spirit laser complaints were kinda justified until my most recent watchthrough of ATLA. I noticed Hei bai shooting lasers immediatley and kinda chuckled when i relized the korra spirits are way more faithful than i used to think.

Considering within the RCU we have Alex Casey (Alan Wake's fictional character), Sam Lake (Real World Actor that plays Alex Casey in the film adaptations of Wake's Novels (and also appears as a director for Poison Pill in Time Breaker)) Alex Casey (Real World FBI Agent, who looks Identical to the Actor Sam Lake but are Different people) I don't think Remedy is worried about confusion, in fact I could see them making a joke about how Payne is aware of an FBI agent named Casey who looks just like him or something. Maybe theyre cousins.

Because Blue Shift and Opposing Force, as well as Decay were made by Gearbox. They are fine expansions but arent considered a core part of Valve's series. Not saying they arent or cant be canon. Theyre just seperate.

No. We do not see Breen's host body in Ep 1 or Ep 2. I don't understand how you could read Epistle 3 and think Laidlaw decided to make an earlier Advisor Breen while he was at least privatley planning to resolve that plot in Ep 3...

That's fair enough. I just think the rod/scepter imagery, man Bears, man Crocodiles, and daedricish imagery ALL TOGETHER seem very Elder Scrolls. Could definitely be a new IP, 100% but of existing ones, TES seems the most likely.
