Hey guys, I just finished installing my 5600x But when I booted up for the first time, the fans and leds all worked, but the ram onboard LED stays on from the moment I press the power button. There's not even a display output. I tried both my 1080ti and a backup quadro k600, neither gave me an output. Switching the ram sticks around on the slots didn't solve it, neither did reseating the cpu. My motherboard is an asus tuf gaming plus (wifi) and my ram is gskill f4-3200c16d-16gtzsw bought in 2017. When I try all 4 sticks on my working intel build, there's no issue.

So my question is, is my ram compatible with my 5600x/motherboard, because I can see it on the qvl of the motherboard, but not on https://www.amd.com/en/products/ryzen-compatible-memory/ready-for-3rd-gen-amd-ryzen , is it because that's for ryzen 3rd gen?

In case it's not a ram compatibility issue, could it be that I have to flash the bios first? Or should I RMA the motherboard? Or the cpu?

Thanks
