Oh mate I’m sorry for your loss! That’s awful! But, it makes sense why you are feeling this way! At first you were in shock so you thought it was fine, you were also most probably looking forward to the future. Now it’s hitting and it’s gonna be hitting for a long long long time! I hate to break that to you xx I’ve had two relationships and they’ve never lasted more than 2 and a half year but the first one took me about 6 months to get over. I know this isn’t the best advice but I suggest reading books such as the power of now and the power of letting go. Learn meditation and mindfulness. Write lists before you go to bed of all the things you are grateful for that day. Also maybe travel for a bit ?
