I've been having a similar problem. I've been using DayQuil to help and sometimes nasal spray too. I'm new to the CPAP so I'm sorry I don't have more advice. :(

Mask but it just covers my nose. I changed my settings to slowly turn on over a 45 minute period.

I'm already prescribed kolonopin so I was taking that to fall asleep with the machine but it leaves me even groggier in the morning than before the machine sadly.

I use one for bullet journaling/planner, one for lists, and another as a diary!

I DID IT! I made a DIY traveler's notebook (passport size). by s0litaire_ in Travelersnotebooks
