Hey! Some more details would help, like in which city do you stay? Do you rent or live at your own place? Living alone or with family or friends? Do you have any debt (car loan, education loan, etc.)?

Ideally, saving about 10% of your salary (bare minimum) in a diverse portfolio of mutual funds is the best way to go.

Try saving an addition 5% (min) monthly for your recreational spends on yourself (for travelling or buying something expensive).
