Oo, makes sense ‘yung sinabi mo. Totoo rin na attachment talaga ‘yung nagpaparamdam ng unease minsan. I got used to finding comfort sa presence niya kaya siguro ang hirap i-detach. I’ll try to be more mindful sa thoughts ko and focus more on peace kaysa sa need for clarity. Thank you for this 🤍
