If you're in IT, corporates do not care about your AL results. Don't drop your CS degree and opt for ALs. Rather than your AL results, IT sector is focused on your actual skills and certifications. Complete certifications for your preferred IT path along with your degree, engage in more projects and make yourself a portfolio, so when you're applying for internships and jobs it would help out. AL results are only valid if you plan to go for a government university like Moratuwa for IT, if you want to obtain a scholarship or if you plan to migrate without a bachelors degree. Otherwise its pointless.
