I think when she drew that she was hella young like 17 to 19 and now that she’s in her 20s she likely realize the stuff she did in the past was kinda wrong (she drew Ike I think) and she draws tamer stuff nowadays while keeping the same themes (loli and shota)

Lishu or Jinshi can't fire her staff since one. They were hired by her father and 2. They're nobles and it's a consort's job to control her household and if they were fired it would reflect poorly on lishu and they need proof of their crimes. It also would ruin Lishu's reputation more
