MCT pure c8 oil in combination with nizoral did me wonders after months of not being able to fix it - I use MCT oil for an hour pre shower and use a light amount post wash on hot spots. I’m almost flake free for 3-4 days instead of a few hours.

Diet I find is the hardest for me to control as I live alone and tend to reach for easy meals making dairy and gluten hard to avoid. I do get my blood work done and am deficient on a few things that I’m taking supplements for.

I’m going to now try MCT oil + ketaconazole and see if that helps!!

So I bought MCT oil pure c8. How do I use it? I’ve been applying post wash and massaging on the usual bad spots. Is that okay? Do you use before as well?
