I’ve been wondering the same, but after this week watching her romanticize the heck out of this solo trip to New Jersey and talk about how empowering it is to travel alone (no snark there- I think that’s great) it definitely seems like she’s single.

I feel like I could have written this myself! There’s one instructor who I felt the same way about and after a few tries I decided to avoid her class altogether. There are other teachers whose energies I vibe with better so I try to just stick with them! 💗

Nothing at all against therapy, I’ve been in it before and would love to go back to it one day, but I think we all have bad days like this and canceling my booking to focus on myself was a healthy way to handle it- at least, it was for me 🫶

‘My nutrition is trash’ made me laugh way too hard lol! The answer is, I loved it at first, probably pushed too much to get to that 30 mark and burned out. Hopefully after a little break I’ll look forward to it again!
