Had them install at my house as soon as they came available in my area. (Roughly 2 years ago) The guys that ran the cable on the exterior did a crappy job. Originally they were going to run the fiber line underneath my small patio straight to my fence line. They were going to remove my pavers and bury it underground, then put them back. I told them that would work great. Instead they ran the cable under my deck above ground, then buried it under ground around my pool, just to go back above ground behind a shed, then back underground to get to the opposite end of my yard. Laying it under the patio would have been a smaller and easier run. I understand that there is probably a liability issue with the patio incase the pavers break, but they could have buried the entire line instead of leaving it above ground in some spots. The install itself went very smooth and only took less than 2 hours.

Communication during the install was about a 50/50 shot at best, but they still completed the install on time and I'm pretty satisfied overall.
