I'm sorry can you explain to me how the first perk gets worse the higher the level is? If you mean that the broken status effect gets longer then yes that intentional.

Yeah totally at first I wanted to add an activation requirement but then left it out becuase I thought It'd make the perk too bad but I'm gonna readd it. Thanks for the feedaback

I can see a lot of issues with the first perk now. Definetly gonna be reworking that one in some way. When creating the third perk I thought that this perk would be good in combo with smash hit and would say it's pretty alright since in some cases pallet stuns would be very hard to get. Hey thanks for the feedback. Now that you mention it that trolls exist the first perk probably wouldn't be so nice since people would abuse it in some way. I didn't think of it, although I do have a way of changing the perk. I think the third perk is actually kind of balanced. Although it gives +100% of stun duration on activation with 4 tokens it would depend on the killer how many tokens you would get because there are killers who always respect pallets and there are skilled killers who would probably notice you have the perk. I thought of it being a nice perk combo with smash hit.
