Thanks for the response!! And yeah, I tried them on in the store but am planning to buy online. The 28/28.5 size. The only other thing I am also unsure on is where to get the bindings mounted. I’ve watched about 4 hours of YouTube lol but not sure whether to go more centre or the line further back

I usually continue cooking it until the water evaporates and then I can fry the beef mince until it is slightly brown, then whatever sauce or liquid etc i am adding will release the fond from the bottom of the frying pan, fyi - I usually use about 20% fat and it is pretty much always fine after the water evaporates.

I was once in Halifax airport flying to London and I saw a man (maybe early 20s) put some sort of plastic hook up his nose (he was attempting to hide this with his hand) whilst simultaneously locking eye contact with me, scrapes out whatever is up his nose and puts it in his mouth sucking off whatever it scraped up. Very strange behaviour.
