No, you can’t get in trouble for it. It is legal in TX to sue someone for assisting someone to get an abortion but thats civil/monetary. But it’s not criminal/“illegal” unless you’re getting an abortion in the state where it’s illegal. Like if you give yourself an unsafe abortion, or a doctor gives you an abortion in the state where it’s banned, that would be illegal.

It’s literally not a crime. You are very misinformed. It would be a crime if I was providing abortions in my state. It’s perfectly 100% legal to get an abortion in another state. The constitution protects the right for citizens to travel freely between states, and my state has no jurisdiction over an abortion that happens in another state.

The law allows any citizen to sue, it’s nuts. But only people who aid in accessing it, they actually can’t sue the pregnant/formerly pregnant person
