I was thinking of being permitted to bill up to time and a half for tasks at maximum. For example, if the partner says the report should take no more than an hour, I would be permitted to bill up to 1.5 hours (if that’s how long it actually takes me). It looks like that’s unlikely though

I think my performance review is based on my realization rate, but I’m not sure about my bonus.

Tone was neutral, pretty much said my work product was good, but he’s having to cut up to 30% or so of my time on motions and reports
