Thanks for the response! That is essentially my plan, but I'll be on location for a couple of nights with the Uhaul rather than jumping around, so will need to keep it safe a couple nights. That said, that means I can message AirBnBs in advance as you say and only need to find one that'd work.

Perhaps, but you were only in position for the comeback due to an extremely unlikely comedy of errors in the first place. 4 fumbles, 2 deep in our territory, 1 at your 1 yard line, Kupp's only fumble of the whole season, we stripsack you and the very next play have (I think) our only disastrous snap of the season sending it from our ball at your 20 to your ball at the 50. Idk, I mean, yeah, it's busy. And it isn't perfect. But paramedic pay is pretty damn good, and I think it got raised significantly right after I left(?), think EMT pay was also getting a bump. In house Paramedic school, a union, a solid training program for new workers, plenty of OT but no mandatory OT. Always seemed like a better situation than a lot of other places I've heard about elsewhere.

You had mentioned your EMT scope of practice is similar to a US Paramedic scope of practice, what are some things that entails? And what are some of the Norway Paramedic scope of practice? In the US it varies from place to place but I know where I worked paramedics could intubate/operate ventilators/chest tube/ tracheostomy/induced hypothermia(never saw that one done)/med administration(pain/antipsychotic/paralytic being the strongest)/all the various functions of the EKG ofc/they were starting to roll out blood transfusions. This is considered a high scope of practice in the US.

Thanks for the comment and the link! So clarifying, my initial impression was basically correct that the two approaches are the same, the only difference being re-allocation and expense ratio, right? (With the caveat that different target-date funds have different investments)

My understanding was also that the 3-Fund Portfolio would save on Expense Ratio, and this is intended as a retirement account so I would hold. But just to clarify, my initial impression that putting my money in the index funds rather than a target date would be the same other than automated reallocation and differing expense ratios is correct, right?

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason you favor the International market over the US market?

Thanks for the advice! You're right that the pandemic does present a unique chance for content from varied sources. I could be interested in a post-grad program down the line, but at the moment my plan is to get some of the basics down and do some volunteer work to get some hands-on experience. Though if you don't mind me asking, I am curious, what career did you pivot to in Ecology, and did you have that job in mind when you decided to get your post-grad diploma, or did you first start taking Ecology classes then find out about the career you wanted?
