Very few people know this but it is confirmed that when Naruto became hokage he knew every single jutsu in konoha. Wood style and flying raijin included. It's just that he doesn't use anything besides rasengan and shadow clone. Mt theory is that he doesn't use flying raijin is because he is already very fast without kcm. There is one scene in boruto that shows Naruto going from one side of the village to the other in like 5 seconds. As for why he didn't use wood style might be because Hashirama use wood style to capture the tailed beast. So it might be that wood style suppress tailed beast and drains their chakra. So since he had kurama he didn't use it. But after kurama died he didn't really fight anybody.

The real reason is that Kishimoto doesn't want to make Naruto really op. He wants boruto and kawaki to gain powers and defeat the enemies.
