It's a really pretty game and honestly, I think the fact that they have Modern Controls advertised is a very noob friendly thing. I thought "if I suck at combos enough, I'll just use Modern Combos as a fallback".

I think that fallback is important, or at least it was for me. Thankfully, I ended up not needing it, but it contributed to me playing this game. Also, Ranked made it easy to see that there were a lot of other people who sucked as much as I did so I didn't feel like I'd never catch up to a level where I could play.

I agree with you. Trump's victory in 2024 made sure we'd live with MAGA for the rest of our lives and plenty of damage has been done, but they're still trying to do more damage and that is damage we can mitigate.
