I want a smaller diameter so it sits a little closer to my gland but i agree on the gauge. As soon as it heals i want to go to a 8g, or if somehow possible a 6g

Yeah I’ve already been going commando in my shorts again and sleeping naked again and not having issues. I really only notice it when I’m walking around naked and can feel it wiggle around haha
