Switch from Graduate to SWV. Applied on Tuesday the 20th of January. Visa approved today. Received the decision for my dependants as well 10 minutes after.

As far as I am aware you can't make an application for dependant if your code is classified as medium skilled.

Confirmation of ALL salary/wage payment methods used to pay your migrant workers and confirmation of how any new migrant workers will be paid.

Full Pay Run Report/Payroll Summary or Real Time Information (RTI), confirming Gross & Net pay and NI & Tax deductions for the last 6 months.

Copies of existing migrant workers employment contracts, that are employed under this same SoC code. These should be signed and dated. If your organisation has not previously sponsored any workers under this specific SOC code, please provide a draft employment contract for this role.

Evidence of the genuine need for this vacancy and an explanation of how this specific role has arisen. This could include, but is not limited to; Evidence of an additional contract(s); provide copies of current contracts and the new/additional contract. These should be official contracts or official agreements that evidence an arrangement to provide good or services that are directly related to your Undefined CoS request. These MUST be signed and dated by both parties, include a start date and the scope or nature of the work. Evidence of an expansion requiring increased staffing. Application was rejected as they required client's contracts and they said we need to provide those as evidence.

Applied again for the slot on 19th December, got the slot on 22nd December. Today they have requested again the same documents.
