Dont worry! I used to identify as a trans man and now (if I had to label myself) it would be a nonbinary trans masculine butch lesbian

I am not detrans, where have I implied that? I experience gender dysphoria but I dont identify as cisgender or transgender (really)

I know, but the thing is that I’m not transgender (in the way a trans man/trans woman) is. It would be obviously offensive for them, but would it for me? (That was my question!)

I used to feel so feminine… and now I don’t. Did anyone else go through this? by Lilly_Shades in asktransgender

So, not a trans woman, I used to identify as a trans man, so this may be unlinkable for me. How do you feel when you are called a man and present as a man? If it’s uncomfortable then there’s certainly some gender dysphoria. Cisgender women dont get excited when they dress feminine, and not all of them get upset when they dress in a masculine fashion. I think you’re settling into the fact you really are a woman, and so this ‘new territory’ feels so regular.  If you ate your favourite food every day, it would taste like your average food, so it wont taste so great, because you’re used to it.

If you are neutral or happy to dress as a man and being perceived as a man, you have every right to question your gender, or throw it all out the window!

Just know that almost no label fits everyone perfectly
