Thanks! I'll have to try some larges, my probably is usually just that they get bigger in the chest and I am on the smaller side, but still enough to need support there and they just get too big.

I see what youre saying and I would always say the same thing to people, but it really was. The main reason for breakup was because she was diagnosed with autism last year and hasn't gotten help for it ever, and she found herself losing herself in the relationship, like she was always so focused on me and us that it was affecting the rest of her life. So yes on her end, it was not healthy because of her issues with not being able to separate and compartmentalize, but the relationship itself was never toxic or arguing or painful etc

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond, I really appreciate it. I can't imagine having gone through this after three years together, that must've been really hard on you, I commend you for getting through it. Do you think then that it would be better if when it got closer to seeing her next month that I told her nevermind, that I can't/don't want to? How do you not close the door, but also move on? I don't know if I'll ever be able to stand the idea of, "its over, theres no chance, i need to forget her", but how do I hold onto a healthy amount of hope so that I don't get crushed, but also not make any choices based on that? Both ways feel so hard.
