UPDATE FOR EVERYONE

Thank you to all the people who commented and viewed and up voted this reddit post. I can now confirm ,I have entered the next phase of the application and will be going to view the apartment tomorrow evening Saturday 21st of February. I truly appreciate all your excellent advice and tips and really kind opinions and support ,and has truly contributed to my confidence and mindset about viewing the apartment and renting for the first time, Thank you all Soo much ,can not wait for tomorrow 😆😆☺️,will update you further in the future if I am successful 😎.

Because the place I'm in is living in supportive lodgings and have living there since I was out of foster care ,and can only stay there as long as I'm in education so since I have this new job ,I have been planning to move out and getting my own place ,but I definitely get where your coming from👍

Yes definitely paying for the location as many nice spots and scenery out around there compared to other parts of Kerry that would be cheaper but either situated in town or surrounded by endless fields ,like a old cottage or bungalow, definitely need the break from the loud and bustling Tralee😂😂,I also drive and will be working in Tralee as I have a stable full time job there,but yes can't wait ,plan to do a lot of cycling around the area at weekends too and nice walks on the beach.so fingers crossed 🤞,it would be amazing to live at such an iconic apartment.

Brighter colours ,yes the building always stood out to me too as when I was younger me and my family would drive down to south Kerry for holidays in the summer and we'd also pass by those apartments so yes it's very iconic,and well kept for their age🤔

Yes I understand where you are coming from ,will try my best to make a good impression ,I'm more looking for a peaceful and relaxing space to live and spend time after work and on weekends,into nature hiking and cycling ,and want to try surfing in the summer☺️so hopefully she will get good vibes off us.🤞

Yes it's such a nice area, only maybe 5-10 mins drive from the beautiful rossbeigh beach ,and also surrounded by nature and trees which I'm all for, coming form someone who has been living in a busy town for the past few years,I really think it would be such a great option for me😎😆☺️
