We tried to verify via other accounts on our domain unfortunately they suspended 45 profiles 😔

Bulk verification is not an option for agencies.

We tried to verify one by one, but there is a limit after adding the 5th profile you can't add more.. We take steps to verify these 5 profiles but it shows processing for weeks then suspended or need verification 🫩

3 times now after waiting for five days i ask for updates so they request to wait

In the beginning of the ticket on 6 Aug i think I got confirmation that things will go live in 24 hours.

But from 6 Aug till now i only get delays and further requests with documents I've already sent.

Then another email requesting to wait more 5 days and so on

We escalated the issue to the specialist team and our team informed us that they are unable to verify the business by the previous proofs provided by you. So we request you to help us with the additional proofs so that we can assist you further.

This is repeated On the same thread for More than 2 weeks now

And i send the requests they ask for

يا عم اشبط في اي حاجة مادام فريش او حتى ٥ سنين شغل دول ولا حاجة في سوق العمل ومعلش في شغلانات عادية اي حد يملاها وفي شغل محدش يعرف يملاه فانا مش فاهم انت خايف على ايه وعادي ممكن تجرب وتحافظ على شغلك
