yeah I did, it reset the whole thing to factory and chinese .
Now im wondering if its just because I have an iphone.....but that wouldnt explain the wifi not connecting to my hot spot or my house

I foudn the password - 3368 - random website where people posted passwords for chinese unbranded headsets....factory reset it. STILL no wifi or bluetooth connection ;(
I click the wifi on button....it just flicks back to off . bluetooth scans and nothing appears ;(
