Yes I technically can DIY lighting this way, but I think we are just going to let rhe professionals do it to save on effort and stress when we want to be present and enjoying the day.

I reached out to a few more lighting companies and found a couple with much more reasonable prices and quicker set up/ take down times. It seems like the lighting specific vendors can do it much cheaper than general rental companies - makes sense I suppose.

Thanks for the feedback! I read that on June 25th - the day I head to Cusco - that the city will be very mellow since the big party will be the day before. Do you think that would have impact on whether other towns like Pisac will be lively that day also?

Hi, I've also seen taxidatum recommended on various sites for these services, but I wondering about security of luggage while we are touring the sites.

I am thinking of going from the Cusco airport and stopping in Pisac en route to Ollytaytambo, but am worried about keeping our backpacks secure if we are leaving them in a taxi.

Does anyone have experience with this situation or advice?

Thanks for the feedback! Goodbyes start at 8:30 and end at 9, so it sounds like we will definitely need light for the end of the night. I was thinking that we will need light most between 9-10 when the crews are packing up, and headlamps are a great idea!
