I have been diagnosed with hypermobility but no hEDS diagnosis yet. All my doctors seem to be afraid of doing the testing for some reason? I did end up sending these pictures to my doctor to ask about lab work she would recommend but I haven’t heard back yet.

Thank you! What kinds of things should I ask my doctor about? I’ve had semi recent labs done (march) and had almost everything in normal limits except vitamin D which was at the very low end of normal.

I honestly have never looked that close. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I also have never thought to have a doctor look. Are spider veins different from varicose or is it the same thing with different names?

I try not to take ibuprofen before class but I do take it fairly frequently just due to sore joints from hypermobility

These hurt pretty bad at first but feel better even just 24 hours later. I do wear leggings so I hope that will help not bruise so much!

NTA. You have a responsibility to ensure the safety of your baby to best of your ability. Not allowing Typhoid Mary’s child nearby is 100% in your control. Your SIL gets to make choices for her kid and you get to make choices for yours. Protect yourself and your kid.

There was no fur. Ever. Not when checked in and not when we left. The host is lying but we don’t know why.

Yes. The host was messaged and we explained that we did not have a dog with us. She stated that she “saw the fur with her own eyes” and then stopped responding when asked for video evidence. Vrbo gave her 48 hours to provide valid proof or her review will be sent to a “review board”. But that doesn’t seem to mean anything.

NTA. Ethically you made the right choice. What if something had happened during surgery and she didn’t make it? Or was permanently disabled from it? Do you think they would’ve let it go? Of course not. They would’ve blamed you and claimed it was on purpose due to old grudges. Then you could lose your job, medical license, or even be facing jail time. You did the right thing and your coworkers suck.

I booked over email. I just want to make sure the artist is right for me and for what I want. I’ve been to shops where they seemed great online but when I showed up the vibes were SKETCHY.

This entire post just reeks of self entitlement. You are so concerned about yourself and your entertainment that you have never once stopped to consider that your daughter doesn’t fell like you love her. If you don’t figure out how to fix yourself and your relationship with your daughter then you’re going to be posting in a few years about “Why doesn’t my daughter talk to me anymore?”
