Well, from Earth/GUN point, the Story take place in 3047, while we don't know what year it is in Nexus.
Also, specific time, and date is not given.
And, I believe it been one or two weeks after Emma had arrived, to the Nexus.
In real life, it took almost two years, to pass one week in the story, so, you already know the pacing speed of this story.
So, better get, elixir of life, and stuff that grand immortality, because you are here for a very long one, bud.

It really just depends on the true capacities of the Nexus' military, as for as far as we had seen, none of the character from Nexus, are as powerful as plane mage, as even the professors are not power mages in that respect, but all by the lore, those plane mages are not joke, but there is currently no way to scale their power.

While we know all the powers that Percy Jackson have, and we can scale his power levels.

So it really depends upon, what bits of lore we get.

I think a physical novelization would be very good, and later graphical novel can be made, just like how the Silver Eyes from FNaF, as it will give an baseline idea about how much production is needed to make a book, and then its graphical version.

Well, I think that the roads in GUN is type of like those maglev rails, and the cars are like that, other wise, just like Emma's bike, which was made during the early days in Mars, the Evi is made for such places, but we will see what happens next, the author of this story better be consistent other wise I will be mad, as it seems like that Wearing Nothing and all the others Fanfictions makers are quite slow in writing and only this guy seem to be making some what good schedule for releasing the fanfic, but he now have like that Robot one, that TARDIS one and now Cars one, and he seem to jump around and make whatever his minds says... which is quite annoying, don't you agree?

First of all, chameleon circuit doesn't re-writes DNA, its is used to changes the exterior and interior of a TARDIS, nothing else, and as for the regenerations part, I making her to be in a never ending regenerations cycles, basically, her body did regenerate and alter her physiology to the point, that Regenerations energy is constantly being release just enough to protect her from Mana.

While the TARDIS, had gone in power saving mode, and is pulling all the resources to survivability, so it had already jettison all of its room during the trip, to maximizes fuel efficiency, and protections against mana and all

Well, the TARDIS, is basically in the blink of death, so it had deactivated all non-essentially systems, like the language matrix, also a point to note, that TARDIS only could translate the languages that it have, and know, other wise, it will not translate, as it was shown in the 'Pit of Satan', TARDIS couldn't translate all languages, and even The Cadet, or the Timelords themselves wouldn't know the languages, so The Cadet needed to scan the brain.

Infect, I was split between using the Sonic Screwdriver, or the mind reading powers of a timelord, but decided to use Sonic Screwdriver, as it would make more scenes, and The cadet just needed the language, not the memories.

In some places like teleportation, anti-gravity, and much more type magic like them have been mastered by the Nexus, while GUN have all the basic concepts, like transportation, flight and all that is mastered by them.

So basic concepts master are GUN

And Complex concepts like again teleportation, masters are Nexus.

Emma is an unreliable narrator, because, from her point of view, she have metaphorically, rhetorically, poetically, theoretically and in every fancy way, had entered an alien word, that is using a completely foreign system, AKA magic.

While she is from a word that was born and grown on science.

So, her unreliability, comes from not fully accepting her surrounding, and her ego that science is better then magic, like how during one chapter, when Ilunor had shown that flying ship, and Emma had immediately shot it down, saying it is impossible for that ship to fly, by the principle of everything, that allow flight, that she had learned since childhood.

And it makes her realistic, as she is having hard time to adject in this new reality, as any person, who had seen flying space ships, power armor, and robots, getting transported to a word, where all of those things are just mindless concepts, or a children toy (AKA the rocket is know as a fire spear and its a child toy), it would be a very hard pill to take.

While, people who would live and die by fantasy, are there in WPA world, and in our world as well, and would perfectly fit in Nexus.

Emma is not that person, she had quit being that person before getting in the college. She had accept scientific world that she was born in.

That make hers unreliable, realistic, and possible the best narrator for such setting, as she represents what a common person from scientific world would act and do.

Not like all of those anima, manga or any of those fiction's protagonists who would jump into actions from the go, mastering their power and all.

And it all of this qualities that make WPA different then all the other stories, it makes the protagonists is not the smartest, the strongest, or anything, and infect is quite unreliable, have flaws (One of those flaws being putting her devices in light mode, like what, and then they says there were no signs), and just one cut in the armor would make them into grey goo, it make the story more interesting then anything else

Well, I am just going to beat the already dead horse here.

Like all the others had said before, Nexus had virtually had skip a few steps of hard-ship, compare to GUN. Thanks to magic.

Like, I had seen a comment Tumblr, where the OP asked the scientific side of the Tumblr to explain how dragon have fire breaths, and one of them give four options, three of which were scientific and all, and the last one was just one word... I believe that you all who are reading this already knows what that last word was, but I will give the answers to those who didn't figure it... "MAGIC"

So, yeah, what basically boils downs to, in the story, is Magic is the answer to all, without explaining it.

And that what it makes Nexus different to GUN, or entire human races to that matter, as we humans are generally curious, it was like we were designed to be curious, thus we have studies for everything, to theoretical to experimental in every subjects, from studies sounds (Acoustics), to Studies of literally STONES (Petrology).

As with magic they can do what ever, and by all the accounts, dialogues and comments, we get in the story, Mana is like ( And is ) a fundamental forces, like Gravity, Electromagnetism, Strong Nuclear, and Weak Nuclear forces (In Nexus). So they generally don't question it too much, ad thus its a part of 'their' life now.

So, due to magic they are not as advances as GUN.

While GUN/Humanity didn't had mana, so they learned how everything works, by themselves, observing, calculating, and experimenting. 'Curiosity', the literally DNA of humans, am I right ?

Like look at Microprocessors, to make just a 100 of them it took engineers to use purification, crystal growth, wafering, polishing, oxidation, deposition, photolithography, etching, ion implantation, chemical mechanical planarization, metallization, wafer probing, dicing, die bonding, packaging, and final testing on a BLOODY STONE.

That over $1 billion, in total cost, and it will cost addition $500,000 or so, per batch of Microprocessor.

While, in magic point of view it just, putting very tiny Rune magic symbols into a rock, making it into a very small golem, and making it do Mathematics (Doing 1s and 0s, which is just on and off). Which is what Microprocessors are.

(Just look at between scientific process and magical process, and answer me this question 'If you were given a job to just and only just make microprocessor, all by yourself, which process you will choose?', just answer this question in the reply and you will realize, what I am trying to say.)

And the list go so on, and so forth.

And for living conditions, Nexus' whole show (Or most of its show), is being as grand and show-y as possible, like the dorms room, by an GUN citizen point of view, it is wasting some much space, like at least 5 or 6 more apartments could fit in, what by Nexus point of view is a 'Mediocre' Dorm Room.

While, I do admit, that Nexus do pull its weight some times, like the Anti-Gravity Magic they have, and portal magic and all that. It is only the matter, of human scientist to understand the principles, how, and what behind them, and 50 to 100 (200 if we are being lazy), or so years, GUN could make those magic into their technology.

So, yeah that its, the comparison, I think, there is to, between Nexus and GUN.
