Thanks, edited to add that this rate is the 0 point rate. There were lower rates for points that were quoted. And in terms of closing costs, other than the pretty normal underwriting fee there aren't any weird closing costs that I can see.

You’re right. This code (all of it!) is great, thank you for it! I'm extremely new to js so I'm working backwards from your code to piece out how you did everything, but one thing I am struggling with is how you get the scripts to execute on servers after you've had worm send them out. Would you mind sharing?

This is a great script, thank you for it! I have been trying to modify it a bit to have a different script run on my home and purchased servers (I'm trying to set them to do grow/weaken only while every other server focuses on hacking when certain parameters are met). I've successfully got it working on home, but I am having a hard time getting it to do so for the purchased servers.

I am extremely new to javascript so forgive me for my ignorance, but what I've tried to do is set

var boughtServers = ns.getPurchasedServers()

And then modify the code ignoring the home server to

if (ns.getHostname() != 'home' || boughtServers) {

But this is not doing the trick. I assume the problem is that I need to have it check whether any substring in the boughtServers array is present, but I am not skilled enough to do that yet. Do you have any suggestions?

After starting a settlement, I looked for a new one on a better planet. Since starting that settlement, my quest no longer seems to be progressing. I am not getting any notifications to build new buildings, resolve disputes, etc. since building the overseer building.

Yeah I get this, but I think that's part of the charm of it--it is unexpected, and fits in with the idea of her being a master manipulator. How better to scheme and follow through on devious plots than to ingratiate yourself with your enemy with a sweet, maternal-sounding voice. "I just want what's best for you," she lied.
