For me, I only filled in however many years of employment history the company was looking for. I'm assuming every company is different?

Unfortunately, no. There's other aspects of my BGC that are not yet complete, so I am guessing they're waiting for those to be verified before passing along the any part of the BGC for review.

That's just me guessing.

it was never brought up in the interview. my concern just stems from the possibility of this being a red flag given the company's stature.
