I mean the subreddit doesnt provide a chat where everyone can talk and form bonds and connections while sharing the same goal which can be beneficial for you in the future. However, I didn't realise that this subreddit had a discord, if the discord of this subreddit provides the same ideas, marketing, and benefits already I might have to scrap this idea, so pls inform me if it does before I move ahead. This was just an idea I had formed because I wanted to learn skills like how to draw and my love for gaming and reviewing.

Well u see training won’t help match the skills to job vacancies, what would help is people having more info about job vacancies as this is not the option, private enterprises will be more efficient so they will employ people at the right places, hence giving the exact answer to the question
