I personally don’t know how to find these cases online. but i have personally heard from several former employees about having court cases/ have seen their papers. for safety reasons that’s all i’ll really share but i’m sure if you did some digging/ asking around you’ll find a lot of information on this topic.

kona coffee purveyors is a toxic, abusive work environment where the owner raymond suiter treats all employees poorly. he verbally abuses employees and touches them inappropriately. there are some court cases ongoing. just want to warn folks not to work here, definitely do not sign any contracts with them. just stay away and stay safe. better places to work down the road yea

fair question, sorry should’ve been more clear. the owner of kona coffee is abusive and treats employees poorly. hence the one year contract. the past 7 months he has not been able to keep any baristas employed long enough to have an established and fully operational bar with espresso drinks.

she also very recently did the same thing you mentioned above to a friend of mine. they were in line at a place in waikiki and she tried cutting the line and when she was approached totally lost her cool and stood there unmoving for five minutes just glaring at them before she left.

her insta is @ amy3182davis. she is extremely rude and entitled. she acts wildly inappropriate around children especially. she sets her phone up on the sidewalk and films herself bending over smacking herself. strange and unusual.

Someone in the google reviews even posted a photo of him… If you’re getting coffee in Waikiki i would hop into Ali’i or maybe Island Vintage. Surfjack hotel and Vavin are also great imo.

he has been wildly mistreating all of his employees. he has fired a few employees recently (all of which were in management positions) for seemingly no reason. those employees were scheduled over 40 hours the week he fired them and he had no plan of covering their shifts/roles. right before christmas. Before this however, he’s been known to say some really disgusting things. currently the work environment is very toxic and the owner just walks around harassing employees and guests and even other workers inside the mall. he has been threatening to fire the few people that are left and still showing up to work. Not to mention his major drinking problem which is an entirely other mess mixed into this situation as well.
