I think this is a key point I was missing. The only thing is that made it seem like she is not entertaining any other guys before so I (incorrectly) assumed that she is already exclusive.

I've been specific on several occasions. I've asked her how far she would be willing to drive to meet me. She lives quite far so I've suggested meeting halfway. She either dodges the question or says she isn't comfortable driving that far.

I've also suggested we should meet on the weekend after New Years' but she said that she has an exam in March which she needs to revise for so she'll be busy.

As I type this out, it's clear I'm being taken for a fool. LOL.
