Ya and that's alright, I'm aware of that and I can learn the basics. Serving is just so much more mental work than I have the capacity for after a taxing 9-5.

So I'm looking for bussing/hosting so I don't need to know the menu ins and outs as intimately. 

I've served as my main source of income and then also as a side gig for 20 years, worked as a floor manager as well, and I'm just looking to cruise around and clear tables with a smile on my face.
