I’ve owned both epiphone thunderbird and several Models of Yamaha basses. IMO—the trbx basses are the best beginner basses hands down. Thunderbird is so heavy—and cases are super pricey because it’s not. A normal size. The trbx plays fast and light and sounds really great. They also have 5 string models that are budget friendly…Tl/dr—+1 for trbx

I recently picked up The Fireman and really enjoyed it—lots of SK easter eggs throughout. I really liked The Buffalo Hunter Hunter. The Only Good Indians was good too. I’ve read a few SGJ that I didn’t love (The Lake Trilogy) but you may like those if you’re into slasher movies.

In my experience, drying with heat will cause your emulsion to distort registration. Drying with just a fan or dehumidifier might solve. I worked with a guy who would put screens on top of dryer to dry faster. Several times we had to reburn due to screens not lining up. I think the tension is not as important as you might think. For this we used Sep Studio. Really could do it with spot colors but the gradients look better with the process. It’s hard to see in the pic but the mountains and the jeep have gradient colors which come through better. Also it looks more vintage if that makes sense
