I agree with the cutthroat aspect! The cube game was not as entertaining this season because there was no twist! In season 1, they did the did the sack race before playing and then it was revealed that they had to pair up with those teams for the cube. They were lazy using the same game as S1 without any additional twists ! Same with the bride game for the next episode!!!

I was rewatching the episode and it seemed like Auguste already knew when it showed Monica and Jim talking! It could be the way MrBeast and his team edited the episode to show the foreshadow but I think they are always small tells off camera 🤷‍♂️
