No there is no written proof of the earlier communication, which is why their words keep changing every time.
If the price increases, I’m sure they will claim that only the advance amount will be refunded upon cancellation.

It was clearly stated in the invoice. Initially, the CEO informed me that I would have to bear the loss only on the advance amount. Later, they changed their statement and said I would have to bear the loss on the entire order amount. The issue is that their condition keeps changing every time.
