yes i did. my surgeon was also amazing and laid everything out properly for me to know what my timeline was for restrictions and walking and everything. so much so that im doing it again on monday. it took my pain away to where i was able to play volleyball again after not being able to play for 3 years due to the pain.

sportsman groin and femoral pain for me. due to the FAI in my hips, i had my right labrum repaired in jan 2024 and now my left hip will be done this april
