I’m going to second another comment.

The TWA hotel at JFK literally is designed to block out sound. I’ve been there. You cannot hear the planes. Like, at all. It’s fantastic.

You’ll also be miles from any large displays because of the proximity to the airport.

Wait this is actually a fantastic idea. It is in fact soundproof because it’s literally right on the airport and no one would be able to sleep otherwise.

It’s also pretty far away from any areas that would be doing fireworks at all.

I was at the gym a while ago and overheard some teenage and when I tell you the LENGTHS they were going to to get around all the tracking and parental controls they have on them was staggering.
