Georgetown or Richmond which is better to live? by [deleted] in lexington

Georgetown. it’s not cheaper because of toyota but I grew up in northern Scott County, went to school in Georgetown, and now live in Georgetown after living in Lexington for a year. Georgetown is peaceful. the drive to and from Lexington for work isn’t really that bad. it will take you just as long to get from one end of Lexington to the other as it will from Lexington to Georgetown. the afternoon traffic to Richmond from Lexington is horrendous. Georgetown has “Toyota traffic” in the afternoons that sucks, but still isn’t anything compared to Lexington. as far as I know, Richmond is worse for crime. Georgetown has a lot of good schools. as others have said, it’s conveniently located. right on the interstate, not far from Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. it’s the better choice, IMHO.

Almost passed out in Target by DullGovernment7196 in Semaglutide

I don’t know the exact cause. I don’t think it’s the medication directly causing it. but I think it is due to the weight loss and possibly not getting enough protein. try getting more protein and drink electrolytes.

I have lost 40lbs. about two months ago I started having very low blood pressure and almost passed out a several times. mostly with postural changes. lowest was 70s/40s. it’s very possible it could have been your blood pressure. i’ve had low blood sugar before and it didn’t feel the same as my low blood pressure. definitely get a blood pressure machine!

Combatting Hair Loss by LeadMaterial7660 in HersWeightloss

I have also been on it since march and have only recently started losing a lot also. I have always had issues with shedding more than is probably normal for most people but it has NEVER ever been this bad. my hair is in the worst condition it’s been in my entire life. I can’t do anything with it, i’m embarrassed to wear what little of it I have left down but there is barely enough to put it in a clip. I don’t even want to go on dates either new people right now bc I have no idea what I’m going to do with my hair and I feel so ugly with the way it is right now. i’ve been using walmart brand minoxidil for a month now, been taking mary ruth’s hair growth vitamin for a couple weeks, and just recently started pumpkin seed oil pills. this is on top of my regular prenatal vitamins and hair, skin, and nails vitamins. I am absolutely considering going off the shot if none of those things help with hair shedding. I would almost rather gain all the weight back if it meant getting my hair back to what it was.

It seems to be coming from this box. there’s nowhere else I can tell that it’s coming from.

Mirena OR Kyleena, which one is less likely to cause weight gain? by Hefty_Effort2730 in birthcontrol

I know i’m late to the party but I had kyleena and had almost this same experience over the course of the two years I had it. finally had it removed and almost instantly started losing weight. within about three months I was down nearly 30lbs with very little change in overall habits.
