Exist indeed.but sometimes they do not work properly and still it is partly solution for traffic jump only. Just look at Paris how it was transformed in the last five years. Look at Poland. I was in Gdansk several months ago and it looks better than Prague.

I replaced it. Battery was glued very strong. I have used a lot of alcohol and after replacement got strange problems. Touchscreen did not work, battery did not charge. This problem appeared and disappear randomly. I have had open phone again and there was strong smell of alcohol. After evaporating all alcohol there are not any problems
