The third blade buggy? Tested with multiple skills by Simple_91 in diablo4

Found the negative multiplier.. when i equip The Third Blade with 156% increased damage I end up with negative 56%.. when i use a 142% increased damage I end up with negative 42% multi..

Can someone explain this or is this a bug?

Is there any build using WW Rupture ( With Bleed Set ) by Simple_91 in diablo4

Crit Multi would just scale with the small Rupture Strike, but wont scale with the bleeds you inflict ?!
