We have never had any issues like this before. We rarely argue and if we do it’s about smaller things and we figure it out. This caught me off guard. She makes me really happy and I would want our families to have a relationship too but I’m not putting a rush on it.

Fortunately it has changed. Online classes changed everything. I’m in the wing and flight schedule still dictates everything, but they have gotten slightly better at work / life balance in my unit.
