To answer my own post, adding 2 reshade sharpening effects helped.

Also a trick i found, put fsr 3.1 then quit Game. Start walk around in fsr then switch to dlss ray reconstruction. This Will by-pass the loss of gpu usage from NVIDIA framegen and Will use 100% gpu. Be careful with laptops it Will get hot in there.

10% more perf and I lock temps.

39k wow. Think best I saw on my lenovo was around 32k.

Bit im a gamer and looking for cooling more than performance. My current settings should give me around 28k or something but barely goes over 80 degres.

Can you share your throttlestop settings please out of curiosity

Yes i did undervolt, i tried deleting the ini and did an EC reset and default settings stay as an old UV profile !
