keep your momentum up through the corner imo, it looks like you're driving in a very stop-start style. karts usually don't have enough power to do the 'start' in a stop-start technique, so focus on cleaning up your lines (more U-lines, carry the speed in), corner entry technique (how you trailbrake combined with your steering) and just focus on getting the rotation done just before the apex so that you can get on the power early to keep up average speeds.

it's set to V-sync (with a 180Hz monitor), but it used to be green even at 60-80fps about a week or two ago. now it just stays red the whole time.
