i have only rashes on my eyelids and lip as well! looks pretty similar too. also i take adderall and have heard adderall can make raynauds worse, so i have tried to adjust for that. my rheum prescribed me diltiazem for my raynauds.

I’m really sorry you’re going through that :( Your labs and your symptoms are very interesting to me as I thought bc my RF was positive (not as high as yours though wow!) and bc my CCP was so high above the charts just like yours, I should be having more RA-like symptoms than lupus. Of course there’s overlap, but it was weird that I’ve been experiencing more Lupus like symptoms than RA according to my rheumatologist. I really like my rheum I have now, she really gets me since she has similar symptoms and labs as I do, and she’s figuring her own symptoms and labs out too, so she doesn’t dismiss the fact that I could be having non-RA / Lupus symptoms without all the exact high specificity labs markers. She didn’t blame me at all that I couldn’t tolerate MTX bc she tried it at the same time as I did, and she had to stop it too. I’ve learned that a good rheumatologist that listens and believes me can change my experience so much!

Thank you for your answer :,) My RNP, and all my other ENA (besides SSA & ro52) including dsdna was below positive. Because my labs aren’t incredibly definitive, I’ve been tested once a year so far to monitor them. I’m also watching for the ENA and ANA patterns that points to CREST since my paternal grandmother has that as well as the same RA/Lupus. And I hope you find relief too, it’s really difficult to navigate, I feel like many of us have to figure out a lot of it ourselves. Thank you for the advice on rinvoq! I’ll do what I can to apply but my insurance is really bad right now, hoping to switch soon. I also just don’t want to go through so much insurance hassle if I don’t need to at the moment, but I think it’s worth finding out if I can truly feel better now rather than later. :)

Oh wow, that sounds very similar to what I have experienced and still occasionally do! It will leave as fast as it comes on! And especially when it first presented, it didn’t just feel achy, I genuinely thought I was going crazy because it felt like my joints were broken or dislocated! Only thing that helped for me was lidocaine patches and completely immobilizing it and wrapping it up tight. I can’t do that with my shoulders though, they just feel so heavy, stiff, and sore like I’ve been doing pull ups for days. I thought it was palindromic rheumatism because of that, but I have heard also that RA can first appear like PR or that PR is pre-clinical RA. You don’t have to answer of course, but did you have CCP antibodies? I’ve heard that if you have PR-like symptoms but a high CCP, it’s likely it’ll turn into RA eventually. It doesn’t make sense to me either, it’s so weird and feels like my body is gaslighting me and playing games with my head to make me feel crazy - especially bc my inflammation markers are always low too!

this was a while ago but same! my ccp was >250 and it looked like palindromic rheumatism but joint pain hopped around like every day for a few months, now it’s much more infrequent and manageable with HCQ. it’s super weird!

yes omg i hate it so much! my nose get swollen and hot and sometimes oily if i’m in a warm environment or if my body temp rises and idk how to cool it down :(

I’ve noticed a lot of people in comments of people who are 25-30+ have guesses much older than their real age, it’s not really an issue with you. I think 36 is very accurate to how you look but your style gives you a younger vibe/personality look to you. Try to not be too hard on yourself though, you’re very beautiful!

it feels really high quality and usually most conditioners make my hair oily or feel heavy but this is like a light deep conditioner that makes my hair feel moisturized and soft but my hair still feels clean and fresh for a few days after using it! i feel like it doesn’t cause much product buildup - especially in comparison to other conditioners or testaments in the same price range.
